What We Intend to Do

HyPulJet Ltd UK are in very early stages of making connections in Doncaster and the South Yorkshire Universities and R&D facilities.

We are planning to restart a Crowd Funding bid on Crowdcube platform. We need an agreement in principle that the development of HyPulJet can happen here in South Yorkshire which will support the Crowd funding to best meets our needs and intentions, to fund the project and company going forwards.

We intend to exchange equity in the Company based on the future outcome of the project, in exchange for investment. This obviously poses a risk to investors and we have making an effort to lower that risk, by placing the fund raising with Crowdcube.   Crowdcube have to meet regulatory regulations – carry out basic Due Diligence.

HyPulJet wish to make it clear, that this is not an average Fund raise – we will not be making retail sales – and therefore there will not be any income — we plan three clear raises which relate directly to stages in the ongoing development project and the planning for the company going forwards.

As Lead Innovator/Interim Chair – I will not take a salary – a small amount for additional expenses  I will incur- my ethics do not allow me to ask investors to pay me a salary – I will also take a back seat,  once we have reached  Demonstration of the On the Road Proof of Concept and the basis that a Company Board will be formed.

The plan is for an initial bid, which will, at a later stage be followed by a planned second and third bids, to meet the two further development stages – with investors having support from Crowdcube.

The initial round is planned to cover the costs of the initial modelling of the new type of engine and initial company costs.  It has to be said that the engine presents a risk and by having two further raises, HyPulJet Ltd are restricting that initial risk.

When the New engine is validated, HyPulJet Ltd will return for the second round of funding, with this crucial information, where investors can then have confidence in the project going forwards.

The development Project is planned as a Cooperation Project on a contractual basis with   *Manufacturing Technology Centre Coventry, discussions started in 2022.     *Potential that the project could be developed in the South Yorkshire Tech Hub.

Given the fact that Govt/ Innovate UK funding competitions do not have open calls for new Hydrogen innovation, it is hoped that  as that route has many hoops to jump through, with an expectation for weeks of delays.  We feel that once the project gets under way, we need to be in control and able to maintain the momentum

It has to be seen that establishing a Start-up, with a project which has a long development period and requiring a major level of investment and planning  was easily blow of course by Covid. It is also difficult against

Near Term :- we plan to raise the funding and proceed with the development project in conjunction with  *Manufacturing Techology  Centre  Coventry  *Doncaster and South Yorkshire Universities and R&D     

In 2020  we intended to at base the development plans in the Road Map which we developed with TU- Berlin 2019 – 2020.

Mid to Longer term:-  develop the plan to Retro Fit the Lab Proof of Concept –  HyPulJet  – Integrated Hydrogen Power Unit –  into the planned  “On the Road Proof of Concept” – BMW i3 Range Extender version.

Long Term:-  when the point is reached where a start is made on the BMW i3  there will be a need to begin to change the Status of the Company, to a “Holding Company” in order to be able to arrange, Global Licence Contracts with Auto Makers/Engine makers.

The aim of the Future Company being, to make the Intellectual Property and Trade secrets  available to all Auto makers for mass manufacture. The object being that each manufacture will develop the power units,  within their own global supply chains, in order to have the greatest and quickest impact on cutting GHG emissions from the Global Transport sector.

The Objective of the future company is to assist existing and new formed companies, to make use of HyPulJet Integrated Hydrogen Power Unit in their various fields of energy provision – Remote Mobile Phone Masts — Micro Desalination Plants -Low fuel costs — Agri Vehicles and Machines – Grid Free Housing — Furnaces -Steel -Cement-Glass — Grid Free parts of Manufacturing – etc -etc.
