Written into the HyPulJet Ltd Company Articles – we have set aside 5% of the Equity/ 1,250,000  shares which will not be allocated.

When the company reaches income and profitability the dividends for these shares will be accrued to the HyPulJet Social Chapter Account.

Generally these funds will be disbursed to areas of low-incomes and poverty, to raise standards. To help people in countries which have been left behind in the past Fossil Fuel Era. Natal Care, education especially remote areas – Zero Emission community transport – agri-machinery. HyPulJet – Generators etc.

We/I have nominated a Lady to be the HyPulJet Ambassador for Peace. To provide support and aid to people at grass roots

To be fully funded as a NGO with UN Accreditation – budget for Salary and staff equipment travel etc.  

Although for the Ladies personal safety the – banking control will be hers the HyPulJet Ltd Finance Officer will service the account – Funds issued to various deserving projects will not be subject to any control or influence from religious, Government or other bodies.
